Out-of-zone delivery fees may apply). Offer applies to specific bagged gardening and landscape products. Offer does not apply to peastraw, firewood, charcoal, coal, or timber products. A mixed cart including products not applicable to the offer may result in delivery charges; if so, we will call to confirm and take payment.

Gardenmakers Delivery Services ("Gardenmakers") provides a delivery service of bulk and bagged products directly to its customers’ property or job site.

Delivery charges may vary due to the properties of some products, such as weight, volume, cross-contamination, etc. Heavy products like aggregates, decorative pebbles, and stones may require more than one delivery.

If necessary, prior to delivery, Gardenmakers will contact the customer to discuss the delivery of an order, including special delivery requirements, delivery options, etc. Any variation to the original delivery instructions and/or charges must be approved by the customer before delivery.

Please note that we are limited to the weight and volume capacity of the truck, and Gardenmakers will advise on available options. For some orders, more than one delivery may be necessary, and a delivery fee will be charged for each delivery.

Where multiple bulk products are ordered, therefore requiring a tandem/split-load (more than one product on the truck), Gardenmakers will contact the customer to advise of delivery charges.

In cases where special delivery requirements exist, such as restricted access, a small truck requirement, a narrow driveway, width or height restrictions, etc., more than one delivery may be necessary. A delivery fee will be charged for each delivery.

Restrictions or limitations at a specified delivery point or job site may affect Gardenmakers' ability to meet customer delivery instructions. While every effort will be made to place the delivery in the requested location, the actual delivery point will be at the sole discretion of the delivery driver.

Gardenmakers' responsibility for the delivery of the product ceases at the kerbside of the delivery point or job site. If a customer instructs Gardenmakers to cross a footpath or enter private property to make a delivery, the customer must provide safe and adequate access. Any damage to public or private property resulting from the customer’s instructions is the customer’s responsibility.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all information provided to Gardenmakers in advance of delivery is accurate, complete, and up to date. Gardenmakers does not accept liability for any loss, theft, or damage to the goods after delivery.
